Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Procedure
The following procedure is to be followed to handle all requests for warranty, or damage replacements.All return goods must have the following documents;
- Copy of the MDI invoice which includes the item(s) # and description.
- Digital Pictures (colored) emailed to Customer Service
The RGA must be approved in advance of the return by CSSA and an RGA number assigned to the request. MDI is requesting the goods be returned for inspection, the CSSA needs to complete a “Call Tag” and advise the customer to include the RGA number on the goods when they are picked up for return.
MDI reserves the right to repair or replace the product at their discretion by the CSSA. If a credit is to be issued, the CSSA will issue the credit memo to the customers account. Any product returned to MDI without an approved RGA number, will be refused by the warehouse and returned to the customer at their expense.
Limited Warranty Policy:
Meadow Decor Inc. warrants five years from the date of purchase, for frame structures. In case of any failure, Meadow Decor Inc. will replace the part or the entire item at our own option. Meadow Decor Inc. warrants the powder coast finish for three years from date of purchase, in the event of peeling, blistering, or flaking. This limited warranty covers residential use only. In the event that the purchased products are no longer available, equal value replacement will be offered.
All warranties apply to the original purchaser and commence at the date of purchase. When requested, a photograph and proof of purchase must be provided to Meadow Decor Inc. when requesting a replacement or repair.
What is not covered on furniture:
Acts of nature, commercial use, normal ware and tare, chipping, fading, exposure to harsh chemicals, solvents, abuse, and freeze damage, glass breakage, rusting on iron material or failure to take reasonable care of the furniture. In view of special process of workmanship, hand applied finishes is not included in this warranty. In addition, this warranty does not cover cast iron rusting, rocker and swivel mechanisms, glass, or leg levelers.
A change and or alteration in manufacturer are beyond the control of Meadow Decor Inc.
Granite Table Tops
Granite table tops are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. This limited warranty covers the workmanship and structural integrity of the frame.
What is not covered on umbrellas:
Wind damage, failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, failure caused by customer neglecting to provide reasonable and necessary care, normal fading of fabrics or materials, acts of nature, crank umbrella in commercial use.
Meadow Decor Inc. cushions are warranted for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the purchase. This warranty does not cover fading of fabrics, damage caused by ammonia, harsh abrasive cleaners, pool chlorine, suntan oils, blocks and lotions, mold, mildew, neglect or from lack of providing reasonable care and maintenance. Also not warranted is accidental damage (fire, wind, or other acts of nature). Hard water deposit or calcium build up due to minerals found in regional water supplies are also not warranted.
Meadow Decor Inc. reserves the right to replace the cushion depending on the nature of the claim. In the event that the cushions are no longer available, Meadow Decor Inc. may provide similar cushion, and under that circumstances, color and texture differences may exist.
After 12 months from the date of purchase, Meadow Decor Inc. will not be responsible for shipping charges whether to or from customers.
